ADAM HOUSE

This new architectural design was crafted around existing features of the owner’s original family beachside getaway house. They wanted to incorporate their love for the original home into a new contemporary design. An unusual plunge pool and uninterrupted beach and sea views are the main focus of the design, with plenty of full height glass, a statement window seat and two separate entertaining decks to take advantage of the sun’s path. A floor incorporating living, dining and utilities separates the parents’ retreat from the children’s bedroom level for maximum privacy.
