COOLOOLA HOMESTEAD

This stunning project, located just south of Auckland, New Zealand has clean lines and generous spaces that transform this angular house into a light and warming space. The indoor kitchen and living blends seamlessly into the outdoor cooking and living areas, creating large entertaining spaces with views over the stunning pool. The main goal was to achieve a beautiful symbiosis between the new modern Pavilion and the 120 year old existing Villa which has also been given the SWA touch.
