NOOSA SPRINGS HOUSE

This large family home is located on a golf course within one of the gated communities in the Noosa Springs precinct. The challenge was to ensure the design of the home met with the strict covenant of Noosa Springs, yet still be contemporary from the street and golf course. The client, an avvid golfer works from home so required a separate self contained studio, given separation from the more busy hub of the family home. All the living spaces are focused on the courtyard pool area as well as across the fairways of the golf course. Bedrooms are located on the first floor with double height voids creating light filled areas in which to circulate.
